Accessing the School Playground
Parents, carers and guardians are able to bring their children to use the outdoor play area during non-school time. You will receive the door code at the end of the academic year or call the office if you have misplaced it. Put the code into the yellow door near the school entrance. If you are using the playground you must read and adhere to the Risk Assessment.

Forms
FREE SCHOOL MEALS
You need to apply for free school meals online. You can apply for free school meals even if your child if fed using a gastrostomy. If you are entitled, it means they will also receive Pupil Premium money to support their learning. For more information please see the Plymouth City Council website via this link.
Pupils living in Devon and Cornwall should apply to Plymouth City Council who will then charge the cost of FSM back to the other county.
CHANGE OF DETAILS
If any of your details change throughout the academic year, such as mobile phone numbers, address or email, then please contact the office with the new information. At the start of each academic year you will receive a form with the details that we hold for you, please complete this along with the permissions questionnaire we send you so that we can ensure everything is up to date.
COMPLAINTS
Formal Complaint Form - If you wish to make a formal complaint regarding the school, please use this form to record it. It can be emailed or sent into us in an envelope. Please read the full Complaints Policy for more details.
