Partnerships for Strengthening our Community                              

Leading on support for a city special school, Cann Bridge, including leadership mentoring and sharing good practice at a deeper level. 

Provision of high quality outreach support for pupil with Physical disabilities to over 60 schools across Plymouth in Early Years, Primary and Secondary phases.  

Schools are also invited to participate in activities organised by Woodlands such as Woodfest, Multi-cultural Arts week and performances.

Weekly inclusion links with Eggbuckland Vale HI Unit.

Marjon and Plymouth Universities – SEND  Teaching course, lecturing, placement support and course development. 

Birmingham University - leading on developing the course for Multisensory Impairment postgraduate teaching

Partnership working with Sir John Hunt College and Whitleigh Primary School - our Plymouth North West Learning Trust.

Whitleigh Community – close working relationships with various local businesses including; Co-Op store

Drake Circus Development Company:  a unique partnership for work experience 

Training placements offered to students in: teaching;  Educational Psychology; psychology; nursing; physiotherapy; occupational therapy; teaching assistants; and health and social care.
